What does your hourly rate include, do you have a minimum?
Answer
Basic disassembly & reassembly of larger, common, furniture items; excluding cribs or any other child safety-related items, electronics, or hanging items on walls
Protective moving materials: blankets, dollies, shrink wrap
Wardrobe boxes are available upon request (18” linear clothier per box, i.e., 3’ closet 2 boxes)
There is a minimum of 1 hour for every move. Labor time starts when our movers arrive at your starting location and stops when they are finished unloading (or reassembling) at your destination, e.g.: loading beginning at 9:00 am, with unloading finishing at 5:00 pm, equals a total labor time of 8 hours. Driving time between pick-up and delivery locations on local moves is included in labor time.
Additional charge for “Specialty (items requiring specific tools or manpower i.e. piano or larger safes).

What Your Movers Expect Upon Arrival
It is recommended that your personal effects are all packaged properly before our arrival.
If you are using boxes, please have them packed, sealed, and marked “fragile” if applicable.
When packing electronics, make sure they are disconnected, and wires are securely wrapped.
Furniture that is to be moved, needs to be cleaned off and any breakables or loose items secured.
Pets should be secured to ensure their safety and the safety of our movers.
Mirrors and pictures should be removed off the walls.
Clothes in drawers can remain in drawers. We provide wardrobes boxes for hanging clothes.
Linens, throw pillows, and shoes may go in bottom of wardrobe boxes after bottom is securely taped.
Specialty items, including safes, pianos, hot tubs, gym equipment, etc. need to be communicated during scheduling so proper truck and manpower can be provided.
